The Sacraments

In common with all Catholics

We believe:

that God gives us necessary help in seven sacraments. A sacrament is a way in which God uses everyday signs and visible substances to allow us to enter into His life. The invisible God comes to us through His visible creation and we are changed.

In our Catholic Church there are two other sacraments.

First when a man decides to dedicate his life to the priesthood, he receives the Sacrament of Holy Orders. This sacrament gives him access to all the graces he needs to serve the Lord God as a priest.

Another sacrament is the Sacrament of Matrimony. When a man and a woman get married, this sacrament confers on them the graces they need to live together happily as a married couple - for the rest of their lives [We believe that a couple who get married, get married for life!]
